Adult Bible Study Class: Current Offering – "Hymns We Love to Sing – a multi-media study of our favorite hymns and the stories and Scripture behind them."  Led by our Director of Adult Discipleship (and Doctor of Ministry candidate), Joe Crowley, 9:35am, Fellowship Hall.

Contemporary Studies: Anita Moorjani - From Terminal Cancer To Vibrant Health After A Near Death Experience. This week’s video is one of the most profound recoveries imaginable from certain death from Lymphoma Cancer to vibrant health.......following a visit to heaven by a woman who never believed in life after death.  Join us for some amazing discussion about what God wants us to do during our time here on earth.

Tuesday/Wednesday Bible Study

NEW STUDY:  Deuteronomy: Becoming Holy People.  Join us for this 13-week study of “the second giving of the law” and the preparation of Israel for their entry into the “Promised Land.”  We’ll see how Jesus is often seen in this Old Testament book and learn about places where Jesus and the New Testament writers relied on Deuteronomy for their words and thoughts.

Thursday Evening Study:

A four-week Bible Study of Romans beginning March 16th led by Jim Cubie. The Rev. N.T. Wright, a retired Anglican bishop, is the author of the most influential rethinking of the Apostle Paul’s Letter to the Romans since the Reformation. His interpretation will be the subject of this class, Thursdays at 5:30pm in fellowship hall. 


MEN OF PURPOSE (MOP) meet each Saturday morning in the Parlor at the main church at 8:00 am for coffee and refreshments.  We're continuing reading and discussing the book "7 MEN, and the secret of their greatness." by Eric Metaxas.   The seven men are George Washington, William Wilberforce, Eric Liddell, Dietrich Bonhoeffer, Jackie Robinson, Pope John Paul II, and Charles Colson. Interesting new facts about each of these men will be discussed.  We finish promptly at 9:30 am.  All men, whether a member of LPC or not, are welcome.   Click here for more information.

Children's Church

For ages 4th - 2nd grade follows the Children's Moment at 10:30 worship in the Children's Room next to the nursery.  Ages 3rd through 5th grade meet with Miss Phyllis at the picnic table or in the office.


Middle and High School youth meet every other Wednesday evening at 6:00 pm in the parlor with Coach Josh Fox and Terry Parker for pizza and faith discussion.
